Every commission at KAVEX Labs begins with a private conversation. In this role, you will guide high-net-worth clients from their initial reference inspiration through diamond parcel selection, 3D CAD blueprint sign-off, and final 18K or platinum finishing.

The role

You will translate client briefs into exact gemological and architectural specifications, working directly alongside our CAD engineers and master setters so every bespoke piece exceeds expectations.

What you'll do

Manage private WhatsApp and iMessage allocations, present high-resolution stone inspection videos and IGI dossiers, and oversee every commission until it is delivered to the client's hand.

What you'll bring

Deep fluency in diamond grading (4Cs, optical symmetry, IGI/GIA standards), bespoke 18K gold and platinum mounting architecture, and discreet high-ticket private client advisory.

Bonus points

Fluency in English and Scandinavian or Arabic languages, plus prior experience at a fine jewelry maison, private diamond desk, or luxury concierge.
