KAVEX Labs operates a vertically integrated high-jewelry and diamond fulfillment network spanning our cutting houses, casting ateliers, and private clients worldwide. As Global Logistics Manager, you will oversee insured Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) allocations from the vault to the client's door.

The role

You will manage armored and express insured courier routing, customs clearance, VAT/MVA compliance across Scandinavia, Europe, and the GCC, and white-glove delivery coordination for bespoke 18K and platinum commissions.

What you'll do

Coordinate directly with IGI gemological laboratories, casting workshops, and private concierges to ensure every bespoke allocation clears customs seamlessly and arrives ahead of proposal and event deadlines.

What you'll bring

Proven experience in high-value luxury logistics, fine jewelry or horology fulfillment, international DDP customs procedures, and insured express carrier operations across European and global markets.

Bonus points

Experience with Kimberley Process and IGI documentation, ATA carnets, European/Norwegian MVA import procedures, and VIP private-client concierge coordination.
